Our story

We take breakfast and lunch seriously, but leave the formality behind. Panache Bistro Cafe in Boca Raton brings familiar favorites into an unexpected setting, where indoor greenery and a waterfall offer a welcome change of scenery.

An egg and Swiss croissant sandwich might start your visit; our namesake burger makes a case for the midday meal. Sometimes, a cortado is all the occasion you need. The hospitality is warm and personal, equally suited to catching up with friends or enjoying your own company. We welcome private celebrations, too, but nothing special needs to be on the calendar for you to belong here.
